Generator was looking to expand to their third location after the growing success of their boutique shared co-working spaces. They set out to deliver a premium fit out space in the EY building in Takutai Square. Kada soon joined the journey, led by Anslem we worked alongside The Generator team curating pieces to build a flexible and agile working environment.

The intent was to create a unique flexible shared co-working space that was available on demand, Britomart Place is exactly that. With multiple balconies, harbour views, private office suites, flexible desking, multiple meeting rooms, premium boardrooms, flexible event spaces, members’ lounges, onsite bar café, and more. The space is designed to facilitate companies with 2-50 employees, filled with 220 effortless electric sit to stand workstations, minimal and contemporary aire workstations.

Generator has since hosted numerous events, functions and workshops. We have loved working with them and continue to do business regularly.
