Sinclair Knight Merz, in Carlaw Park was designed by interior design practice, Creative Spaces. The client wanted to fit out offices on two levels of a new building to consolidate the various teams and departments that were spread throughout the city in a number of offices. The project envisaged better opportunities for communication and interaction between staff. The changes included a better use of space, upgraded technology and improvements in the sustainable quality of the building.
Kada supplied and installed workstations, tables and softseating to create a flexible open environment to better interaction between staff. A change of culture with no individual offices and everyone provided with the same type of work desks.
